Delete your account

In the app

Open Inventurtle, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. This takes effect immediately and does not require contacting us.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (Apple sign-in identifier, name, email).
• Every house you own, and everything inside it — rooms, cabinets, shelves, photos, and items — including for anyone you'd shared it with.
• Your memberships in houses other people own (those houses and their content are unaffected for their owner and other members).
• Your subscription entitlement record on our servers.

Deleted data may persist for up to 30 days in backups before being fully purged.

What deleting your account does not do

It does not cancel an active Inventurtle Premium subscription — Apple subscriptions are managed separately from your Apple ID. To stop future billing, cancel it yourself in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, either before or after deleting your account.

Can't access the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify and complete the request without requiring you to sign back in.
